    O.O that is so beautiful. I love the outlines you did – with gutta, I presume. Machine stitching on the silk must have been tricky! I love this and I would use the concept to cover up any little booboos that might happen in the silk painting with thread painting. Of course, yours has no such booboos. 🙂

    it isn’t tricky at all, Alison is a great tutor and as long as the silk is in the frame tight enough, it stitches just fine. Lots of fiddling with tension and changing threads involved. Many booboos, and I came home tonight convinced I had ruined it. I keep telling myself it is just a learning experience 🙂
